Our client, a large ecommerce company, is looking for a Paid Media Associate for a remote 11-month contract. This role will be instrumental in driving customer engagement, acquisition, and retention through strategic paid media campaigns and engagement marketing initiatives. The Paid Media Associate will play a key role in managing advertising campaigns, optimizing media plans, and supporting overall marketing operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional with 1-2 years of experience to hone their skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- This is an 11-month remote contract with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
- Execute, monitor, and optimize self-service paid media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Assist in building media plans to support marketing objectives and drive performance.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement email marketing campaigns.
- Assist with on-site merchandising efforts to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
- Pull reports and insights to assess the effectiveness of engagement strategies.
- Manage workflow requests and ensure timely execution of marketing tasks.
- Support the team with ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in paid media and marketing.
- Proficiency in managing self-service advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
